Star Wars: Vigilante Justice
Our friend Zach is in school at Georgia State University. In one of his criminal justice classes a project was assigned to student groups. His group decided on 'Vigilante Justice' as the subject of their project.
Their project took the form of a video. They looked at several different movies, including Star Wars, that demonstrated examples of vigilante justice and why the public loved it as a movie theme. Wanting their presentation to stand out and knowing some members of the Ga Garrison 501st, they decided to add a little extra punch to the video.
In addition to showing the Star Wars movie clips, why not interview a storm trooper about the rebel 'vigilante justice'?
It might go something like this...
Interviewer: Zach M.
Storm Trooper: Jesse B.
Rebel Jedi Scum: Kyle F.
Thanks for letting me post it guys.
It's a great clip!

South Park: Somalian Pirates
The Lyrics:
We drink and we pillage and we do what we please
We get all we want for free
We'll kick your ass and rape your lass
Somalian pirates we!
So with a yo-ho-ho (yo ho ho!)
and with a yee-hee-hee (yee hee hee!)
We take to the African sea.
We'll brave the squalls and bust your balls
Somalian pirates we!
We left our homes and we left our mutters [mothers]
to go on a pillaging spree
We'll cut of your ears and break your toes,
And make you drink our pee.
And if you sail into our waters
You best hear this decree:
We'll take your boat, set your ass afloat,
Somalian pirates we!
With a yo-ho-ho and a tricki-la-ti-doo
We'll shoot you in the face with glee
Then we'll cut off your cock and feed it to a croc
Somalian pirates we!
And the video to sing along too...

Trivia Night: The Mellow Mushroom
The Frayed Ends of Sanity tonight consisted of Darrell, Kyle, Alex, Jesse and me.
Even though we didn't know the year Hitler was born or the year of the original Boston Tea Party or the regular hang-out from Frasier, we still managed to place 2nd tonight!!!!!!
The general consensus of the night - thank God for Animaniacs! Whoever said T.V. rots your brain never had to give the 5th President of the United States for a 4th round trivia question. It doesn't matter how many times you sang the song Kyle, you got the right answer!!

Ga 501st: Borders Book Release
This past Saturday, members of the Ga 501st were out at the Borders in Stonecrest Mall helping promote the release of a new Star Wars book "Outcast".
It was a two hour promotion and everyone at the Borders and those passing by in the Mall seemed to enjoy seeing something a little different and there were many photos taken.
It was also a perfect opportunity for troopers to catch up on their reading...
Of course, there was much silliness and a quick field trip to the Game Stop and Hot Topic before we left:
H2: 'Fan'tom Jam
'Fan'tom Jam has come and gone and it was a blast! Considering the Hwy 142 Bar & Grill (The Rabbit in Red) is in the middle of nowhere (well, it's really between Newborn and Shady Dale Georgia), there was a great turn out.
All the wonderful credit for this event goes straight to Michael. He organized, arranged, decorated, coordinated, acquired all the door prizes, and everything else that needed to be done to put this thing together. THANKS MICHAEL, you did a GREAT job!!!
Here are some pictures from the night. These pictures were taken by me, Michael and Amanda. Enjoy!
If you have more pictures from this fantastic evening, please email them to me so I can post them on the Blog!!

Thrasher vs. Tampa Bay
It was the last game of the season so we decided to make it count. We arrived early and I was able to down and take some more snapshot pictures - after all it was my last chance for the season.
The guys also decided to see the season out with style. Darrell brought his RC bucket, Steve brought his Biker Scout and Kyle had a Stormtrooper. They even made the Jumbotron!!
Not to be out done, Liz brought her newly created and Thrasher inspired puppet 'Frash'. He was a huge hit with several people wanting pictures with him. Frash also made the Jumbotron!
Guess who I ran into (OK, I knew he was going) at the game, one of my dear H2 Bunny Crew- Brandon!
Of course, we stomped Tampa Bay 6-2.
And always, I leave with a group picture: Darrell, Kyle, deTag, Steve, Frash and Liz!
And the last message on the Jumbotron that night...
I took a couple of videos as well, they are under the 'read more >>>'

H2: Fleam on Rob Zombie's MySpace
Thanks to a heads up from Brandon, we found the hubby's picture posted on Rob's MySpace Halloween 2 Photo Albumn. I'm so proud!!
Here is the link to the Hubby's Picture on Rob Zombie's MySpace
H2: The Bonus - Sheri Zombie
I was holding onto these because we were not sure how public Sheri's part in H2 was being publicized. I was talking with Michael and he informed me that she and her costume (which you really cannot see here) has been discussed on other various websites so I figured it would be OK to publish these. Sheri (in robe) with Brandon, Leigh-Anne and Michael...

Thrashers v. Panthers
Headed down to Philips Arena last night for the Thrashers v. Panthers game. Thanks to my brother-in-law, we had the most amazing seats about 8 rows off the ice.
Alex rode with me and Darrell. We arrived at tad early and decided to wander through the CNN/Cartoon Network Store. Alex made some special friends...
We met Steve, Josh, Jay and his lovely wife Liz at the CNN Center Food Court. The Kuipers, unfortunately, had to bow out. This left us with some extra seats and since I just got a new snapshot camera, I took a seat to the back and away from everyone so I could snap to my hearts content.
Here are some random shots...
It was a night to see old friends. Not only had it been forever since I had seen Jay but the Hanson's were there as well. It was great to visit with Maria and Dave and see Amelia. She is getting tall. We were going to invite them to sit with us but seeing that they were only three rows off the ice that didn't happen.
While I was away visiting the cat did play. Here are some pictures of Darrell and his date - I mean dates...
It was a great night, even if we didn't win but Kolvy gave us one hell of a good, all be it short, fight. The fight is about one minute into the video...
And I'll end with the traditional group shot.
Fantastic Night!

H2: Michael's Last Shoot
hi guys,
well what has become my 10th shoot for h2 today was a great one. as you guys may or may not know, today was to be my last day of location experiences. and i couldn't be happier with the cast and crew and the things they have done for us. got to alcovy high at about 3pm. met with tammy, a cool security guard i've chatted with many times throughout the month and then regina showed up. leigh-anne was soon to follow, then brandon arrived. i finally met scout today! she showed us how rob's been beating her up with the bruises she had on her arms, but she's a hell of a trooper. she made me shiver...lol it was very weird. but i would like to thank her from the bottom of my heart for being such a cool chick. definately a great end to a great month. next we saw rob and sheri pull up. we didn't want to bother them with the dog and all so when rob was walking back to his trailer he stopped and signed for us and took some photos with us. lovin his cooper shirt. we told both him and scout about "fan"tom jam at the rabbit h2 fan wrap party we were planning and they both seemed to get a kick out of it. ive got some nice door prizes for the party as well. brandon was able to meet scout again and get his mask signed by the only cast member missing, so well done brandon! we decided to get some food and headed over to rabbit (hwy 142 bar & grill) to discuss party plans with rocky. we ended up hanging out there for awhile and met a majority of the staff. we are gonna light that place up! i'll post more details on the party very soon. i can tell you that capacity is 100 people so i'll need rsvps from those planning to attend asap. the bar has a nice menu of food and serve beer and wine. when we finally left rabbit, regina headed home and me, brandon and leigh-anne headed back to the school. we weren't there 15 minutes and tyler walked out of his trailer and he signed a couple photos for me. like i've said before, i went into this with my own selfish intentions for my own personal experiences and the friends i have made along the way are now priceless to me. this whole experience has become so much more to me, the fanbase that is now attached to this blog is amazing and i can't thank regina, brandon, leigh-anne, cast and crew for making it all happen. i've been happy to report to you guys this past month and hope to meet you guys at the party. i'll update soon.
one last thing...
to rob, i want to thank you so much for this whole experience. you made me feel like a kid again this last month. i've been a huge fan for years and for you to bring something like this to my backyard, i am truly grateful.
to tyler, i want to thank you for being such a great guy to all of us. you have been one of the friendliest guys to meet. still hope to destroy you on call of duty one of these days.
to scout, you are an angel and an extremely talented actress. i'm sorry i spazzed on you earlier. pretty awkward and moving on...lol
wayne and bart, you are the men! such talented artists and pure geniuses of gore. wayne i will make it to halloweentown someday.

Repo: The Genetic Opera
I FINALLY had the opportunity to see this movie. I personally LOVED IT! Then again, I have different standards for movies. If the costumes and sets provide good eye-candy, it is a good movie for me.
The singing went from fantastic to OK. I loved Sarah Brightman as Blind Mag...
It put me in a "Rocky Horror" mind frame but with a bigger budget. There was more blood than I anticipated. The gore factor was pretty high but had a fake look to it. My favorite (surprise) was the costumes, especially the Repo Man costume. I LOVE the helmet!
I hope there is a GOOD one at Dragon Con this year!
And just for good measure, a favorite:

Thrashers vs. Buffalo
Last Wednesday, on April 1st, a group of us headed down to Philips area for the Thrashers vs. Buffalo game. It was Kyle, Deneen, K, deTag, Steve, Mike, Melissa, Josh, Kristen, Darrell and me. It was a fantastic game and an amazing win! The winning goal came in the last 30 seconds of OT. The fact that we had some truly obnoxious Buffalo fans (definitely not Mike or Melissa) around us just made the win that much sweeter!
Here is part of the celebrating crew...
H2: The End
Friday, I dropped by on my last filming of H2. When I arrived, Michael was already there and we were waiting on Leigh-Anne and Brandon. Thanks to Michael, I was able to get my DVD autographed and get a picture with Scout. She was the sweetest thing. She told us that they had been shooting until 7am Friday morning. She also told us at the shoot she was cold and the rain didn't help. She showed us her bruised up arms. She's definitely a trooper. Leigh-Anne arrived right before Rob & Sheri Zombie. Sheri had her pug with her. After Rob walked her to her trailer, he came back to his and he was kind enough to sign my DVD and take a picture with me. Michael and Leigh-Anne also took pictures with him and he signed several things for Michael. Finally, Brandon arrived (you know I'm kidding) and not 15 minutes later, he had Scout's autograph on his mask. At this point, the crew was starting to clear spectators so we decided to head to the Hwy 142 Bar & Grill for dinner. We had a good meal, talked and had a genuinely great evening.
The filming is pretty much over and the Black Bunny Blog will be resuming it's nice boring, geeky and fun entries. You are welcome to hang around as long as you like. I just wanted you to know that most of the H2 posts are done. The only one I see ahead is the Fan-tom Jam Party Post and I will post some more H2 when the movie comes out in August.
I must tell everyone thank you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. All of those who read, who posted, who emailed and who showed up. I have met some fantastic people that I will not soon forget.
I will leave this with a couple of slide shows.
First, my Trifecta:
A group of people that I have grown close to and to who part of H2 Posts and Pictures are credited to, The H2 Bunny Crew:
Lastly, a retrospective. Some of my favorite pictures, from beginning to end.
Good bye Mr. Zombie, Mr. Mane and Ms. Taylor-Compton. It was a blast!!
"Fan"tom Jam: The Fan Celebration
Michael has been working hard to plan a fan wrap party for H2. Here is the info:
hey guys,
well, "fan"tom jam wrap party has been officially set for 4/17. maximum capacity for the bar is 100 so space is limited. there will be entertainment and h2 prizes. beer and wine will be available for a nominal fee as well as food. the location will be the hwy 142 bar & grill in newborn and will be closed to the public for this private party. this is the site of the exterior rabbit in red and michael killed two people on this set so its a hell of a place to be for a halloween fan. i will need rsvp's from those planning to attend. be aware, space will fill up quickly so lock in your spot now. there is no cover and it should be a blast! come hang with the black bunny crew and many, many other zombie/halloween fans alike.
party starts at 7pm.
The address is:
Hwy. 142 Bar & Grill
53A Pennington Rd.

H2: The Billboard
Joey, one of the blog readers,(*** CORRECTION: Amanda was kind enough to send me those pictures! ***) sent me the coolest pictures this morning. I had to email back and see where it had been taken. Turns out it was used last Friday night with a shot on Airport Rd. in Oxford. On a whim, and a REALLY out-of-the-way back road long-cut (as opposed to short-cut), I swung by there on the way home from work today and low-and-behold the billboard was still there!
